Mafia Mamma is the new dark comedy directed by Catherine Hardwicke. The film stars Toni Collette and Monica Bellucci for the first time together on the big screen.
It was shot throughout Italy and particularly in Rome and Bracciano. The Italian atmosphere was artfully recreated by Alex Heffes’ original music. The soundtrack is enhanced by great Italian songs such as Gianni Morandi’s “Il Primo Whisky,” Piero Umiliani’s “Su Con La Vita” and Enrico Gentile’s “II Vero Amore.”
